The Shared Skill team have a wealth of experience in project managing E-commerce projects. Our consultants have taken responbility for managing projects across industry sectors from the simplest single location implementation through to major pan-European roll outs.

We provide a range of services from project management support, through to undertaking the full management of your E-commerce strategy implementation from initial strategic development through to implementation and going live. We recognise that every customer is different and that a flexible and adaptive approach to project management is essential.

For larger projects we would hope to establish a Project Initiation Workshop. The primary aims are to determine the key objectives and to define the scope of the project. The meeting would also establish broad timescales and key contacts within the organisation. The key deliverable from the meeting will be a Project Initiation Document (PID). The PID will propose a project plan for the development of the strategy.
